Terms of service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Amity Fashion GmbH, Taeglichsbeckstr. 31A, 45731 Waltrop (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") in the version valid at the time of the order.

2. Online Shop Terms

By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes or violate any laws in the course of using the service.

3. Order Process and Conclusion of Contract

  1. Products can be placed in the shopping cart without obligation and edited or removed at any time.
  2. By clicking the "place binding order" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.
  3. After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
  4. The contract is concluded once the seller ships the product or confirms the shipment.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside Germany.

5. Delivery and Product Availability

  • Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.
  • If delivery fails after three attempts, the seller may withdraw from the contract.
  • If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and any payments refunded.

6. Payment Terms

Available payment methods are listed on a separate information page in the online shop.

  • When paying by invoice, the due date is 30 days after receipt of goods.
  • For all other payment methods, payment is due in advance without deduction.
  • In the event of late payment, statutory default interest may be charged.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

  • Statutory warranty rights apply.
  • A guarantee only exists if expressly stated.

9. Liability

  • The seller is liable without limitation for intent or gross negligence.
  • For slight negligence, the seller is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.
  • Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

10. Storage of Contract Text

  • The contract text can be printed before placing the order.
  • After placing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason. Detailed withdrawal conditions can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Final Provisions

  • Place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of the seller, provided the customer is a merchant.
  • The contract language is German.
