Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU)


A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Withdrawal Instructions

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Amity Fashion GmbH, Taeglichsbeckstr. 31A, 45731 Waltrop, Germany, Email: info@amity-jackets.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 


 2. Return Policy (Extended 30-Day Return Period)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Sale items and gift cards are excluded from returns.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@amity-jackets.com and provide your order number.
2. Return your item to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
4. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at info@amity-jackets.com. 


4. Exchanges

If you’d like the same item in a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item. 


5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made items.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or other products with a short shelf life.
