EtaProof®

EtaProof ® is developed by the Swiss weaving manufacturers Stotz. American cotton is spun, woven and equipped in Switzerland. The result is a highly breathable fabric which is used in almost all outdoor areas. As with most high-tech innovations, the fabric was originally used by the military: The successful history of Etaproof goes back to the Second World War, as a long established English weaving mill for the government was commissioned to develop a waterproof, warming and comfortable fabric for Hurricane pilots.
Etaproof® was rediscovered in the 90´s and brought up to date with the introduction of impregnation. Etaproof® is appreciated as a natural product of high-tech hiking clothes, hats and bags, as well as clothing for fishermen, hunters, horse riders, cyclists and even extreme sports and polar research.
